Frequently asked questions
Your questions,
answered.
Here are answers to some of the most common questions I get from clients, so you can feel confident planning your next trip.
What types of trips do you plan?
I specialize in cruises, resorts and all-inclusive vacations, with a special focus on Hawaiʻi. I also plan theme park vacations (Disney & Universal) and can help with other destinations, too. If you have something else in mind, reach out! I’m happy to take a look at your trip and see if I’m the right fit to help.
Can you help if I already know what I want to book?
Yes! If you’ve already found a specific cruise, resort or itinerary, I can help confirm details, check for added perks and make sure it’s the best fit for your trip.
What’s included in custom itinerary planning?
I’ll create a personalized itinerary based on your travel style, interests and budget. This can include destination recommendations, where to stay, what to do, dining suggestions and day-by-day planning. Every itinerary is tailored to you.
Are there planning fees?
For most cruise and resort bookings, there is no planning fee. A fee may apply for custom itinerary planning or trips that require more extensive research, coordination or revisions. If a fee applies to your trip, I’ll always let you know before we get started.
Can you help with the other details of my trip?
Yes. Depending on your trip, I can help coordinate details like flights, transportation and other pieces that bring everything together. For more involved trips, these services may be included as part of custom planning, and I’ll go over any applicable planning fee with you before we get started.
How do I get started?
The easiest way to get started is to fill out my trip intake form. It gives me a few details about what you’re looking for so I can review your trip and determine the best next step.
